Abstract
Integrating educational philosophy into implementing electronic voting systems (EVS) in Nigeria holds significant potential for strengthening democratic practices. Education, as a powerful tool for shaping societal values, is critical in fostering civic responsibility, transparency, and ethical reasoning among the electorate. This paper critically examines the philosophical underpinnings of education and how these can inform and enhance the adoption and effectiveness of EVS in Nigeria. It posits that the success of EVS goes beyond technological efficiency and hinges on the development of an informed and morally grounded electorate. Drawing on key principles from the philosophy of education, the study explores how Nigeria’s educational system can be reoriented to cultivate critical thinking, civic engagement, and ethical participation in electoral processes. By aligning the objectives of education with democratic ideals, EVS can become a powerful tool for combating electoral fraud and promoting political accountability. This paper offers insights into the challenges and opportunities of merging educational values with electoral innovations, ultimately contributing to the broader discourse on democratization in Nigeria and other emerging democracies.

Digital Education Ethics in Nigeria

Abstract
The integration of digital technologies in education has transformed the learning landscape, raising critical ethical concerns. Therefore, the researchers looked at the ethical dimensions of digital education in Nigeria. The researchers also reviewed some related literature and qualitative analysis was carried out. Virtue ethics theory and connectivism learning theory were used to guide this research. It was concluded that digital education ethics should be monitored and enforced and that ongoing dialogue on digital education ethics should be encouraged. It was recommended amongst others that context-specific digital education ethics guidelines should be developed for Nigerian institutions and government should integrate digital literacy and ethics into educational curricula.

Artificial Intelligence and Conflict Management in the Workplace

Abstract
The paper is on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Conflict Management in the Work Place. It is an opinion paper. The introduction comprises a review of the meaning of artificial intelligence. This means the technology that enables computers to perform a variety of advanced functions. The paper did a conceptual review of Conflict Management, which was simply defined as a set of techniques utilized to identify and resolve or manage conflict in the work place. Tips for managing conflict were also elucidated and they include to; acknowledge the problem, gather enough necessary information, set guidelines, keep emotions out of it, which is best actualized using AI. The also discussed the several reasons of conflict in the work place. The paper concludes that AI can be effective for conflict management in the workplace in conjunction with the human element, as machines cannot replace humans. The machine is the products of human creation. The paper suggests that there should be the development of essential workplace skills, like giving and receiving feedback, and conducting regular meeting.

This paper presents a critical examination of the intersection of philosophy and artificial intelligence (AI) in education. As Al becomes increasingly integrated into educational settings, it raises important philosophical questions about the nature of knowledge, intelligence, and cognition. This paper explores the implications of Al on teaching, learning, and the very notion of education itself, highlighting the need for a nuanced and critical approach to technological integration. Through a review of existing literature and philosophical frameworks, this paper identifies key areas of concern, including the potential for bias and discrimination, the impact on social relationships and community, and the need for transparency and accountability. Ultimately, this paper argues that the future of education in the age of Al depends on our ability to thoughtfully navigate these philosophical complexities and prioritize inclusive, equitable, and transformative learning experiences for all.

Utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Teaching and Learning of English Grammar: Problems and Prospects

Abstract
This paper examined how artificial intelligence can be utilized in the teaching and learning of English grammar as well its problems and prospects. Concepts such as English language, English grammar, artificial intelligence and teaching and learning were discussed. Equally, the paper looked into related sub-headings such as problems inherent in the teaching and learning of English grammar, need for utilizing AI in the teaching and learning of grammar among others. Based on the literature reviewed, empirical evidences showed that AI teachers unarguably hold the potentials to revolutionize teaching and learning of English grammar by eradicating challenges associated with conventional educational methods. Invariably, AI teachers possess the capabilities to enrich teaching and learning experiences in grammar and help students have an in-depth knowledge about these complex grammatical rules as well as lessen the burden of language teachers. However, while this technological advance in education is imminent and notwithstanding the prospects of AI in teaching and learning grammar, there are also problems inherent in its usage. Thus, the paper concludes that irrespective of the enormous benefits of utilizing AI in the teaching and learning of English grammar, there are also challenges in its usage such as techno-economic and security problems, accuracy and reliability of AI-generated content among others.

Abstract
This paper studies the application of Human-Computer interaction in Curriculum Development. It is an opinion paper that focuses on how human beings interacts with the computer to ensure curriculum development. Human-Computer interaction deals with the study of how humans uses computer technology. It also includes the design, implementation and analysis of various user interfaces. The primary goal of Human-Computer Interaction is to improve the interactions between users and computers. It makes computers more operational and receptive to the user’s wants. Curriculum Development is the use of best methods and application of new materials that gave rise in the course of planning for learning experiences. This is done to ensure effective learning and an effective way of evaluating the learning process to ensure that learning is achieved. In this study, the following are discussed, goals and objectives of Human-Computer Interaction, components of Human-Computer Interaction, Importance of Human-Computer interaction, Human-Computer Interaction tools for Curriculum Development, opinion gathered on Human- Computer Interaction and its application in Curriculum Development, Implications of Human-Computer Interaction in Curriculum Development and make recommendations like Conduct research on sophisticated areas in computer that will aid the understanding of Teachers (Users) and meet the needs, goals and behaviours of the learners and design learner-centered curriculum that will help in developing the curriculum and Develop and design intuitive interfaces that will ensure that curriculum materials and technology are easy to use and navigate, incorporate interactive elements like simulations.

Rethinking Knowledge Construction in Through Education through Digital Teaching in the Nigerian System of Education

Abstract
The digital age has transformed knowledge construction, dissemination and acquisition skills in modern system of teaching and learning process. This paper explores epistemological approaches to digital teaching and learning in the Nigerian education, examining constructivism as new learning Basic Education in line with Nigerian policy on information communication and technology spelt out inside her policy blueprint, emphasizes the importance of digitalization of educational programs and activities. The applications of ICT-based facilities strategies in her school system. This paper argues that, this approach can enhance teaching and learning process, promoting critical thinking and foster inclusive, collaborative knowledge construction. In the Nigerian context, for instance, with the current policy and program of most Nigerian for instance, in basic education academic activities is far from being adequate. Nigerian education system even before now is beclouded with issues of infrastructural decay, outdated instructional facilities, lack of trained teaching staff, under funding of educational matters among others. This paper conclude with good recommendations that, the federal government should review and setup a workable committee to look into issues of infrastructural decay in public basic schools across the nation

Impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Teaching and Learning in Nigeria Universities

Abstract
This study examined impact of artificial intelligence (AI) in teaching and learning in Nigeria University. Two research questions and two hypotheses guided the study. the study adopted descriptive survey research design. The population of the study is 3604 teaching staff from tertiary institutions in Imo State. The simple random sampling technique was employed and the sample size was 232 which was 6% of the population. The instrument was questionnaire. The instrument was face and content validated. The use Chronbach Alpha formula for the instrument showed a reliability coefficient of 0.81 obtained. The data collected from respondents was analyze using Mean and Standard Deviation while the hypotheses were tested using t-test Statistics at 0.05 level of significant. It shows applying artificial intelligence will encourage students to discuss issues concerning research and academics. Artificial intelligence can enhance lecturer assessment skills in monitoring students’ progress toward meeting desired levels of proficiency. Professional development and training programs should be provided for educators to build their capacity for effectively integrating AI tools and resources into subject instruction, assessment, and curriculum development.

Relevance of Philosophy in the Application of Artificial Intelligence in Education in Imo State

Abstract
The researcher investigated relevance of philosophy in the application of artificial intelligence in education in Imo State. The study adopted a descriptive survey research design. Two research questions were used for the study. The researcher sampled 36 secondary school teachers from Owerri Municipal, Imo state for the study. The instrument used for the study applied four point likert scales. The rating scale was used to solicit information from the respondents. Data collected were analyzed with the use of arithmetic mean to answer the research questions. The findings of the study revealed that: promoting ethical and responsible use of AI, enhancing decision-making about AI tools, and encouraging human-AI collaboration are ways critical thinking aid in the application of artificial intelligence in education. Also, safeguard students‘ rights and privacy, maintaining human dignity and autonomy, and fostering long-term educational values are ways ethical decision making aid in the application of artificial intelligence in education.
